This five-course dinner, curated by award-winning Chef Walter Marskamp, highlights the finest local produce and showcases MilSentidos’ premium olive oil and gourmet sea salt.

Each dish is a match made in Xàbia, blending the natural richness of the region with Chef Walter’s signature plant-forward style. From the bright Turnip Gazpacho to the bold Beetroot Tartare, the savory Celeriac Schnitzel, and the sweet finish of Grilled Peaches, the evening will bring together the best of Xàbia’s culinary landscape.

Diners will also have the chance to purchase MilSentidos' beautifully packaged Christmas baskets—perfect for the holiday season—which include their luxurious olive oil, salt, and wine.

At MilSentidos, we pride ourselves on crafting premium products that embody quality, tradition, and sustainability. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made from hand-harvested Picual olives, is packed with antioxidants and polyphenols—earning it the name "liquid gold."
